Are website requests unlimited?
You may submit as many reasonable requests as needed. Requests are placed in a managed queue and completed one active request at a time based on priority and complexity.
Is website hosting included?
No. Hosting charges are not included. We can work with your current provider and help troubleshoot hosting, SSL, PHP, database, and server-related website issues.
How quickly are requests completed?
We normally respond within one business day. Small updates are generally completed within two to three business days, while a standard new page normally takes five to seven business days.
What is considered a standard new page?
A standard page uses the website’s existing design system and components. Finalized copy and images must be supplied by the client. Custom functionality, advanced integrations, and major layouts are quoted separately.
Do you support WooCommerce websites?
Yes. Routine maintenance, product changes, troubleshooting, and other standard WooCommerce requests are included. Full store builds and major customizations are quoted separately.
What happens if my website goes down?
Website-down emergencies are prioritized during regular business hours. After-hours and weekend emergency work is not included in the standard plan.
Can I cancel my agreement?
You may cancel future renewal at any time. Service continues through the current six- or twelve-month agreement term. Payments are nonrefundable, and remaining agreement obligations continue through the end of the selected term.
