Use Stripe’s secure Customer Portal to view your subscription, update your payment method, download invoices, or prevent your plan from renewing.
You will continue to receive Website Care through the end of your prepaid monthly, six-month, or twelve-month term. Payments already processed are nonrefundable except where required by law.
Enter your subscription email
Use the same email address entered when purchasing your Website Care plan.
Open your secure Stripe portal
Stripe may email you a secure sign-in link to verify access to your billing account.
Cancel at the end of the billing period
Select cancellation to prevent the plan from renewing after the current prepaid term.
